Whats on your jacket spud??

Just thinking tonight being fireworks I'll do some jacket spuds with different toppings whilst watching the display.

My personal favorite is Chilli con carne with cheese

any other ideas

Orange Liquid Cheese

Bascially cheese / butter / coleslaw / beans are the best toppings.

Or, bake the pototos, remove the centres mash with that french garlic and herb cream cheese, put back into the skins, add lancashire cheese to the top, brush with butter and then grill....

God hungry now - wheres my celery gone..?
