bought a pork belly and a half leg of lamb for a sunday lunch that didn't go ahead. won't be eating them tonight and am away from home from tomorrow until friday.

would prefer not to freeze them, so was after some suggestions for preparing or marinating them to cook and eat at the weekend.

anyone?

found a recipe online for spiced roast pork belly so might cook that tonight and have leftovers for lunch.

really don't want to freeze the lamb if i can avoid it but need to find an alternative sharpish.

Roast it, mince it for Moussaka/Shepherds pie ?
