pork belly & lamb: suggestions please

bought a pork belly and a half leg of lamb for a sunday lunch that didn't go ahead. won't be eating them tonight and am away from home from tomorrow until friday.
would prefer not to freeze them, so was after some suggestions for preparing or marinating them to cook and eat at the weekend.
