Not a creamy pasta sauce but spicy:
Chicken Chorizo Pasta
Fry a few onions and add cut up chicken and then sliced chorizo (the hotter the better)
Add glug of white wine and half glass of chicken stock and a tin of chopped tomatoes. Then add chilli flakes and simmer till sauce reduced slightly.
Serve on pasta of your choice.
Basically you can adapt as you see fit - more wine less stock, more chillis etc - but is very nice even if I do say so myself
