I just cleaned out a few Pheasants tonight and popped them in the feezer.
Does anyone have a good recipe for Pheasant?

Persian dish of kings.

It is glorious, quite a lot of effort but well worth it.

Sounds nice.
Not something you can knock up with what's in the cupboard mind you.

No but you can get a lot if not all the ingredients at a good supermarket and the stuff that you might not get will be available at any asian food place.

Is it that good?
It sounds like one of those meals you plan to have and by the time you buy everything you would have been cheaper going out for dinner.
I will keep it in mind.
Cheers

Might be a bit late, but are they young or older birds?

The shooting season has not long started and they also dont have full formed tails so i would say they are pretty young.
I getthem on a regualr basis also wood pigeon, ducks, geese etc
