Haddock loins.

Spotted them in the bargain / reduced section whilst shopping last week, so picked 'em up and froze 'em.

Defrosted 'em today, but not entirely sure how to make the best of them.

I have, at hand:

2 large haddock loins
Assorted red / yellow peppers
Hot, sweet piquante peppers (jar of, in fridge)
Chilis (jar of, in fridge)
Onions
Fresh garlic
Assorted dried herbs and spices
Jar of passata
Tube of tomato puree
Potaoes, pasta and rice
Butter and olive oil
2 x beef tomatoes

Any suggestions?

I think you were supposed to microwave/steam them and add a poached egg on top.
Great breakfast smile

Well, I oven baked them and served them with pasta and a sauce made from most of the ingredients listed above.
