Mmmmm Sausages....

Just thought i'd share with you all the present i was given today. I do some business with a guy in Edinburgh who is a butcher and does wonderful sausages, he is kind of famous and has a website:

I got a car for his OH a few months ago and i popped into the shop today and i was given a selection of different sausages to try, the Wild Boar, Pork and Stilton are superb.

He does mail order for all you southerners with a sausage selection (ooo-er!)

Well worth a try and a top guy!

They look really good! I love good sausages and there is a lovely butcher in Leckhampton (Cheltenham) where I buy my eggs, who probably loses lots of money from me tasting all his freebies on the counter

There is also a good place on Green Street, Bath, who do a fine selection of Ale based pig.

He's just round the corner from me. Amongst lots of lovely things for sale, his toulouse sausages are also particularly good, as is his bacon.

ohGODyeah... wild boar saussies are stunning. We have a butcher not far away in Buxton who does the best version I've ever tasted. :drool:
