Being a poor person with only one oven
I'm cooking the turkey today to reheat in gravy tomorrow. The trifle is ready for the cream, the mayo for the prawn cocktail is made and in the fridge and the granary bread to go with the prawn cocktail is in the breadmaker..
And it's still before 3pm on Christmas Eve

This of course gives me more drinking time tonight and tomorrow
