No real recipes as such, cook it in much the same way as you would a boiled ham/gammon joint.

Me I prefer it cold in sandwiches, we had one over Christmas eat the last of it yesterday. cry

Good news is we have another in the fridge that I'll prepare in the next couple of days. lick
