What so called 'energy foods' are there that taste nice and you would actually want to eat ?!

Bit late for a new years resolution but I really should start eating slightly better. I'm going to stop the microwavable meals and start cooking in the evenings, not drink quite so much tea and drink water instead.

I've heard in the past about some foods that are good for energy, etc, but what have you tried that actually seems to work ?

Wine Gums!! Probably not best for a diet, but good for that little bit of extra energy when doing sports/training etc.

Try pro plus too, works wonders for me! smile

How on earth are they energy foods? The average male would need to eat around 30 a day to survive.
