I tried it for the first time last week and it was actually OK. got me thinking though.

Isn't that a little bit like cassoulet without the beans which has, I think, five meats - including things such as confit duck, sausage, pork, goose, mutton, rabbit. So, although they say 5 meats, some of them come from the same source - i.e pork sausages.

If not, then I'll guess at

Rabbit
Beef/ox-tail
Some kind of sausage
Pedigree Chum

You need something weight of an Aston really to do the job properly - all the best stock has a bit of marrow in it

If one is wearing one's tweeds, I think it falls within hunting rules..
