Indonesian sweet Soy Sauce. Oh my, this has to be the most delicious dipping sauce next to hoi-sin. Waitrose do a Cook's Brand bottle for £1.60 ish which is superb.

I have run out after two weeks.

I'm using it today as part of a marinade, I buy mine from the local Chinese Supermarket; £1.59 for 500ml. I can't say I've ever tried it as a dipping sauce.

I love Ketjap Manis - essential ingredient in many dishes - particularly Indonesian curries.

Got a taste for it when we lived in Singapore and visited Indonesia often (Bintan/Batan). There's a great selection in the New Moon Loon supermarket on Gerard St in London's chinatown - which happily is only 3 mins walk from the office...
