I've used it to cook sticky ribs, but I guess that isn't what you're asking for, is it?
They do a JD sauce now, to save you wasting the drinking stuff
I too drink mine with Coca cola. It was reduced from £19 odd a bottle to £12.50 at Christmas, so a couple of bottles now prop up "the bar"

The JD website has lots of recipes on it, from breakfast dishes through to birthday cake. Theres a Jack Daniels cookbook I think.

Alternatively I could just give the stuff away, it is taking up cupboard space. Given the fact that most recipes seem to ask for only an ounce or two at a time, even if I used it weekly I'd still have some left next Christmas.

First thing I'm going to do, instead of buying pre packed roast ham, is to make a JD marinade and roast a gammon joint.
