Thinking about making a beef stir fry type dish for myself and mrs homicide at the weekend. Apart from the beef and veg, anyone got any recommendations for spices or creating a tasty sauce for the dish? If it helps, other half doesnt like anything too spicy, so lots of chilli is out, and dont really like lots of ginger! So, PH chefs, help me out pleease!!!lick

Asda sell some very good fresh sauces for stirfrys to save alot of hassle.
Both the green thai curry one and the satay one are very good. 99p a pop, throw straight in.
We had a stirfry without meat last night. Very very good.
