sticky sausage beer casserole

Pinched out of a book but had it for tea last night and thought I would share!

Pre fry/grill some good quality sausages, spicy ones are good.

Also pre fry some onion/carrots/mushrooms/tomato,s/chillies/whatever you have

Throw all into a oven dish and add half a can/a bottle of ale

Mixed beans from a can

A good few spoons of honey

A spoon of marmite and some chilli flakes…sause[optional]

Ovenbake untill there is no runny liquid left and is sticky, serve with mash/rice/soft buttered bread
