Tea without milk
Discussion
Black tea from those Asian type shops A brand called 'Ahmad' make rather nice black tea. Add a few drops or Orange oil, several cardamoms to the pot and brew as normal (ideally use a tea 'egg'). A really good brew if you have the time
Failing that, some of the fruit tea 'infsion' things are OK for a quick brew. Think Ribena without the sweetness

I do like my green tea but I know many people find it bitter. Try twinnings Green tea infused with mango... Smells amazing...taste doesnt quite live upto how good the smell is but nontheless still a nice green tea..
Oh and Green tea also good for the skin as well as your metabolism apparently.

I did this as part of giving up milk for a couple of years due to allergy problems. Just start drinking your normal teas, maybe brew a little weaker. The first few are pretty hard to get used to, you won't drink much of them. After the first dozen or so, you'll be used to it. At some point in the future someone will ignore your request for black tea and you'll wonder how anybody pollutes the stuff with milk (yes I know it's controversial, but I wouldn't dream of going back now, milk in tea = filthy).

Exactly the same.
Another tip - filter the water you use, makes an amazing difference to the taste!
