has to be lamb. i can make a chicken curry as good as any takeaway, but i just can't get the lamb anywhere near as good.

I've gone with the jalfrezi. Gina (my girlfriend) has done some cracking versions lately and so I am sharing the love for them biggrin

Try the one from Mridula Baljekar's Indian Cookbook (ISBN 1-85833-586-8), the black cardomom, caraway and sliced green chillies give it a unique and wonderful taste.
