a small Lamb joint for 2
2 Chorizo sausages
Back Bacon
Blue Cheese
Parnsips
Red Onions
Shallotts

Red Cabbage

Oh and ive not had breakfast yet so might lose some of the back bacon and the sausages !

You dont have to use ALL the ingredients ! Do your worst !

Slow cook the lamb joint in a pot with onion/shallot +parsnips + garlic + carrots & serve with a garlic mash & braised red cabbage.

Or: cut the lamb into chunks & make a casserole with onion/shallot +parsnips + garlic + carrots. Top with sliced potatoes & serve with braised red cabbage.

Or: mince/finely chop the lamb, sausage & bacon & make burgers or kebabs. Serve with garlic potato wedges & a salad of red onions, red cabbage & carrots. Alternatively, bake the potatoes & make a topping with the onion/shallots, garlic, bacon & chopped sausage + blue cheese.

For a starter, make a soup from the carrots, shallots, parsnip & garlic.

The www.bbc.co.uk/food website has a useful facility where you plug in ingredients & it comes up with suggestions.

I hope this helps!
