Depends what you mean by decent quality, but I have Stoves double oven, I have checked the thermostat temp against reality and it's pretty spot on, not sure what over things you need?

quality is somthing that is well made . does as it says on the tin and does not break down

cost is a big consideration but high price is no guarentee of quality as we know with cars

To complete the range of opinions, I have a Neff and it's, well, an oven. It cooks stuff. It goes bing when I tell it to. It has a door that opens and everything.

Dunno if that makes it 'brilliant' though.
