where does fish inland come from

had a lovely piece of bream yesterday at arestaurant called Kensington place... highly recommended if you are ever in the notting hill area

question is, where did this fish come from... it was very fresh so presumbly from a market like billingsgate ? Or would it have come from a northern market then driven down south ? And ultimately, of what coast would it have been caught ?

Bream will likely have been landed on the south coast if British, or farmed in the Med
