Can't beat Lime Tree pies (get ours from Polehill Garden Centre), very, very nice and well worth a try.

yes, already bought a few big pies, had a game pie last night.

will have a steak and ale pie tomorow
and then the next day a hoppickers [steak and hops aswell as other things]
the next day, its probably going to be turkey and cranberry with potato if I can make it heh.

not sure about the next day, not really made up my mind on what to make other than the turkey one

insidentally, the pies I bought, I 'think' they have been cooked, pastry is all crunchy and well... done.

but to heat a steak pie up, how long should I stick it in the oven for? its about a foot wide and 2-3 inch deep.
