Restaurant in Ellesmere port

Hi All

I'm heading down this weekend for a wee visit to my sisters and I was wondering if there is a nice restaurant there for a meal on Saturday.

Define 'nice'. Have you ever been there before? I serious doubt you'll find anywhere 'nice' to eat in Ellesmere Port itself! Head out of town and you might strike lucky at a country pub - I seem to remember Helsby and Frodsham have some decent places - but if you're at all mobile then I'd head for Chester. Far far 'nicer' and you'll be spoiled for choice.

I moved away from the Port 10 years ago. I don't miss it one bit...

The Agra Fort is a reasonable Indian restaurant, which does a buffet lunch on a Sunday.

You can go to Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village and there are some food places round there.
