Authentic Indian Recipes
Discussion
You could start by doing a search on here first as this has been discussed a fair bit in the past!
I always recommend http://www.mamtaskitchen.com/ It's a place where most of my Indian food recipes come from, and there are usually different versions of popular dishes you find in the UK.
Try http://www.thecurrysecret.co.uk/ for restaurant style recipes and techniques.

You might want to try the Curry Club's site http://www.patchapman.co.uk/page/recipes. I was a member years ago and Pat Chapman's recipes were great.
Not a recipe book as such, but Rafi's spice box http://www.spicebox.co.uk/ is good if you want an "easy" home cook curry option. Think it was recommended on here some time ago
