You could start by doing a search on here first as this has been discussed a fair bit in the past!

I always recommend http://www.mamtaskitchen.com/ It's a place where most of my Indian food recipes come from, and there are usually different versions of popular dishes you find in the UK.

You might want to try the Curry Club's site http://www.patchapman.co.uk/page/recipes. I was a member years ago and Pat Chapman's recipes were great.
