First things first. Bring back the old P&P!

Anyway, I digress. Had a big session last night and am generally massively dehydrated. Just about to head down to the shops to pick up something to get me back on track.

What's the best refreshing, rehydrating drink to head for? Thinking I might just go down the OJ route? (Let's pretend that getting back on the beers isn't an option just yet).

Cheers
RS

Lager tops. Just one, mind. Otherwise you'd be open to accusations of being a southern shandy drinking poof.

Water, loads of water. But you're too late, you should have drunk it last night before going to sleep.

For some reason I've got an unexplainable urge to go into a shop and actually buy something. And water's a bit 'boring' (although undoubtably effective).

Might get myself a croissant while i'm at it too. And maybe a pack of them lucozade tablets they used to sell (do they still sell em??)

Fat coke followed by water, although it is a bit late to stop the inevitable hangover you can ease the pain. I have heard Irn-Bru is good also.

Definitely Irn-Bru. It's even better consumed directly from an ice cold glass bottle!!

I swear by a bottle of cold Powerade (blue) and a couple of nurofen for a hangover. Even better if you can neck a bottle of it before bed when you know you're going to suffer the next day.

biggrin

I am feeling a wee bit heady today myself but I have already introduced a pub lunch into the days activities with my better half. I think you should consider re-hydrating with beer, after all it must be mostly water, and all the health people say water is the thing you should drink all the time?
