I'm bored of sandwiches for lunch every day, and tend not to get around to making them so end up buying nasty soggy expensive tat.

Has anyone got any good recipe ideas for something I can make up in advance and take to work to eat cold? Pasta salads, rice, bean sald, something healthy(ish)that I can prepare in advance and that won't stink the office out?

I'll eat pretty much anything but generally it needs to have some meat of some description in it.

Chicken Legs / Drumsticks (Cooked In the oven the night before with your evening meal)

Smoked Sausuage , sliced up with cubed cheese , peppers, pickled onions salad stuff etc

Alternatively vary your sandwiches, if you have a toaster at work buy one of those "Toaster Bags" (or two if your greedy)
Sandwich in and voila a no mess toastie.

Sausage/bacon pasta? Easy to make in massive quantity's and just put it into bags/trays and freeze. Take a few out at the beginning of the week.

You can eat hot or cold at work.
