kris was it a "proper" butcher? A half decent butcher should be able to cut you a T-bone.

In my old local butcher you asked the previous day and he would butcher the carcus accordingly the following morning ready for collection. I really miss having a good source of meat

he wasnt the best butcher but i did enquire on another butcher and hes got 1 waiting so..... steak tonight lads! cant wait.
