Can anyone recommend a good bar nr Spitalfields?

I'm looking for a nice bar/club in Spitalfields for tomorrow night. Not something too trendy but relaxed and casual. Live music would be a plus.

Im in my early thirties so pretty keen on not feeling like the oldest person in the room too.
