Has anyone on here tried cooking Nepalese food?

I went to a Nepalese restaurant when I was last in Zurich and really enjoyed a dry lamb curry I had there, so I thought I'd have a go at making one over this weekend... From a bit of Googling, I've found this recipe:

Anyone have any tips they'd like to share? I cook North Indian curries from scratch quite a lot, but the curry I had at the restaurant had a very different taste, and was quite delicious.
