Ham, cheese, tomato, rocket and cucumber sandwiches with a bit of mayo and some Tobasco. Spot on!

couscous and chargrilled vegetables...

A memdium sized baguette cut in half. First half with milano salami, lettuce and pickle and the second half with thickly spread peanut butter and marmite (an absolute favourite at the moment).

+ some kettle chips to finish. smile

Heinz Spring Vegetable soup with some buttered bread (for the dipping).

I am holding back on a packet of Kettle Chips - sea salt with crushed black peppercorns for snacking on later.
