Hi,

I have the above, and obv all store cupboard ingredients (except wine, cream, and yoghurt). Have various vegetables.

Tell me what to make for dinner!

Thanks

Boil the SP first and then roast, or just straight up roast?

Just roast, unless you want a soggy mess smile

If you had an apple that would make great baby food! But, it's an odd combo as it stands.

I'd probably just have the SP boiled and mashed (like mashed potato). But, those mini chicken fillets are only really suitable for stir frying (not my thing), or possibly pie fillings?

Don't suppose you have pastry, leeks, and condensed chicken soup, do you? Quick pie and SP mash if you do...

Slice and roast the sweet potato, and pan-fry the chicken.

This will be a bit dry, so if you've got some tomatoes, an onion and a bit of chilli, chop these small and combine to make a salsa. Lime juice, a pinch of sugar and a bit of coriander would be good to add to the salsa if you've got them.

Coat the chicken in egg and breadcrumbs and quick fry; yummy homemade chicken nuggets.
Stick them in some soft crusty bread with mayo, lettuce and tomato.

Throw the sweet potato in the bin.

I'd flush the sweet potato straight down the loo & cut out the middle man...

then fry off the chicken and make a sandwich with it.

Maybe pop to the shops first for some more ingredients & write a note to yourself to remind you not to buy sweet potatoes again...

hehe
