beef spare ribs - james martin recipe

About a year ago I saw a recipe on Saturday Kitchen where James Martin cooked some beef spare ribs in a Chinese style. I've always wanted to do it, but it has taken me until now to get hold of some beef ribs. Now to my dismay I can't find the recipe - I had always assumed it would be on the BBC site.

I don't suppose anyone remembers it and/or knows where to find it?

great. That sounds pretty similar to how I remember the recipe, except JM's ones went in the oven at the end to crisp up

that's made me a bit unsure - but I was pretty certain that the one I saw was oriental - almost positive it had star anise in it.
