Looks like the original poster just figured that one out.
But just for the record i reckon a lot of starbucks operating policies are VERY questionable (and their coffee is horrible in my opinion.)

It's a load of bks that email, as already declared but Starbucks "Caramel Frappuccino" is the best drink ever.
