Any of these wines any good?

I've got a few odd bottles of wine that I've picked up over the years, all single bottles. They're all stored in a dark, cool cellar, but can anyone help with understanding whether its worth drinking these now or waiting - as they're only singles I can't try one every now and then...

1996 Quinto do Crasto Port
1998 Reine Pedauque Auxey-Duresses
1998 Wolfberger Grand Cru Hatschbourg Gewurtztraminer
2000 Bodegas Palacio Gloriosa Gran Reserva Rioja
2000 Chateau de la Greniere Lussac-St Emillion
2004 Chateau de Maligny Chablis
2004 Louis Bernard Cotes du Rhone
2004 Louis Bernard Crozes-Hermitage
2006 La Chablisienne Chablis

I've got a feeling the Margaux and St Emillion should be left for a bit longer and that maybe the Gewurtz and Auxey should be opened, but really?

Don't know about the French stuff but recently been up the valley and picked up some decent Aussie stuff There are benefits of being in Newcastle

Of that I've no doubt, and I left the Aussie/Kiwi bottles off the list - plenty of opinion about those over here, but not too much detail about French stuff. And I know the Rioja is Spanish, and the Port Portuguese...

I would say keep the Crozes.
2001 is only just drinking i believe
