So, what's for dinner this evening?

I'm making Beef olives with a puy lentil, onion and garlic casserole type thing and Potato Gratin. If I'm pushing the boat out I'll do some duck breasts too. In my defense husband is at the pub, so we're not eating til at least 10, whatever the weather!

Then I'm making lamb curry for tomorrow, if I can be bothered.

You?

Kept it simple tonight, some really nice pork sausages, New potato mash (keep the skins on, splash of milk, knob of butter plenty of pepper and salt) and beans.

Trying to empty the freezer a bit.

Caesar Salad, tonight. Nice and light, given the heat, but not worthy of a photo.

Nah, no photo's, just a bit of general chit chat! Inspiration for others perhaps?

Morrocan spiced chickpea and tuna salad. Yummy and good for you.
Has a big dollop of tahini in it, so not quite as virtuous as first made out though.

Haha, you wish! More like eating real food in this weather. 36c in work today! Red wine is now open.

On the white wine, just getting over the final episode of The Take on Sky 1.

Did beef fajita's earlier with some rice, grated cheese, sour cream, salsa, chilli sauce and a big helping of moaning about my day at work to the wife!
