Nope, I don't have kids, just fancied making them. Nothing fancy, no golden syrup or marshmallows, just melted sainsburg's belgian chocolate and rice crippies.

Yes, i am 12 years old, I am standing in my mother's kitchen and I'm having the time of my life!!!

I remember making chocolate rice crispy cakes when I little. I didn't make many though. It was far too tempting just to eat the crunchy gooey mess straight from the bowl.

I made some the other week when my daughter came to stay.

a layer 2/3 deep using Dairy Milk
a layer 1/3 deep using Asdas Extra Special Dark Chocolate with Orange
a topping of Green & Blacks White Chocolate with Vanilla

Makes 8 man-sized and very sickly but oh-so-nice cakes.

nom nom nom.
