If you got special occasion coming up and you need xtra special meat then get online and order from donald russell,i`ve ordered much from this company but have to say the double rib eye steaks that i cooked last night were stunning, each steak was at least 2" thick and soo big each had to be cooked in thier own frying pan then finished off in the oven.served with the new Mc Cain chips(the ones in the silver bag) it was dinner fit for a king!!

Worked out £20 per head, each steak weighing a minimum of 700g,you pay more for quality and these are truly fantastic,at xmas i ordered a mega joint of rib eye roast which tasted and ate like nothing on earth.highly recommended.

Ah yes Donald Russell, 10 miles from my house laugh

I actually don't buy my t-bones or fore-ribs from them, I get them from a small (even more local) butcher because they always have some extra-matured meat hanging for those in the know...

Donald Russell still good quality stuff though.

God that looks good. (Except for the white spunk you have so disappointingly & gratuitously shot all over the steak).

Anyone else not into sauces with steak?

Quite like a bit of pepper sauce if the steak isn't great, otherwise, the blood and steak juice is all the sauce I want.

I like the sauce if it's made from the juices of the meat - i.e. using what is left in the pan

That mayo type stuff in the photo isn't to my taste, but each to their own smile

Was going to say, if that looks like mayo to you, something is up!
