So tonight I am off the diet, and tonight is curry night! woohoo

Sainsbury's Madras, beef and mushrooms for me. Washed down with a few cans of Stella Artois.

Go for full on Champagne instead, I didn't believe it for ages but it is actually brilliant with a hot curry. Now that would be an end to a diet!

That work's for me and I'd probably swap the Bombay Aloo for Brinjal Bhajee but it does look like Soovy has a particularly pleasant evening ahead of him.

I'm going for slouching on the sofa (if the dog will budge up and make room) in front of the football with some Cheese on Toast and Malbec.
