Just crashing in to avail you of my latest accidental discovery here in the the Simpo Kitchens.

After demolishing a most excellent Kershaw's ready meal (the one with the pie) and half a bottle of red, I fancied a lump of Port Salut - and laziness decreed that I cut it with a handy knife formerly used for spreading the morning's breakfast marmalade.

Naturally the tang of sweet marmalade transferred to said cheese, and it was jolly nice.
