Red Bull sounds like a much better idea. £1.25 for 250ml is also a little more palitable in comparison.

Red Bull has almost no effect on your if you drink coffee regularly.

However an hour later this stuff has me on fire! Its horrid, but by god it works..

Its basically the same as redbul without the soda water that makes it taste nice. Its actually 68 ML. So no excess, just pure smack in the face energy

It doesn't work if you are a habitual Red Bull drinker, and frankly I don't see how people could live on this stuff as part of their diet or morning boost. It's no good for you.

But even as a 4 cups a day coffee drinker, a can of Red Bull on the odd occasion definately hits the spot for me. Anymore than one can though and I really struggle with acid and heartburn.

I tend to have a can before a long car journey. It definately sharpens up my concentration and stamina in a way that coffee doesn't.

Interestingly, the Red Bull F1 drivers arent allowed to drink it.

Still, I have a can a day some weeks. Before squash or if I need a boost on the motorway to stop me careering into the armco in blissful slumber.
