I'm not a drinker, however I have an unopened 0.7L bottle of Burgvogt 'Reiner-Korn' (32% vol) that I brought back from Kleve, Germany in 1984.
I'm wondering two thigs........(1) is it still okay to drink or should I poor it down the toilet? (2) would it be more or less than the original 32% vol?
ETA: The liqor is perfectly clear & there is no sediment whatsoever.

Why not try it and see? it won't be deadly poisonous or anything, at worst it will just taste awful!
Should still be 32%...
Careful though, alcohol is a gateway drug.

.....I have no intention of drinking it myself. It'll be largely unchanged, I'd guess; practically nothing will grow in spirits to send it 'bad', and it won't have fermented after being distilled. It may have lost a bit of flavour, I suppose, but if you've never opened it? Of course, if it was only good for cleaning windows then, that's all it'll be good for now; it won't have 'aged' as fine wines do...
I'd just get someone to try it.
