Evening all. Following on from the spoons at tesco tread i was in costco at thurrock earlier this evening, the bloke on the till next one over was buying a case of redbull amongst other things,i overheard the cashier having to call over the supervisor to sign something to put it through the till.Anyone shed any light on this.Surely you dont have to be a certain age to by redbull.

never had this when i've been buying redbull at Costco before

I got ID'd for Redbull once.



The dozy bint thought it was alcoholic rolleyes

I think it's because of the kids who had really bad reactions to caffine drinks back last year...ever since they've been overly stupid about sell large amounts...even tho theres more caffine in a jar of coffee than a crate of redbull

I think it stems from a couple of cases of braindead chav kids drinking about 12 cans of the stuff in a sitting, coming over all funny with the sugar and caffine rush, and the chav parents selling their story to the papers about the dangers of energy drinks and how their delightful little specimen nearly died from overdosing on the stuff...
