Any good places to eat between say, Southampton & Bognor. On the coast.
For my parents, they usually go to Pebble Beach www.pebblebeach-uk.com but want to try somewhere different.
Pebble Beach is excellent & well worth a visit. Don't know if it's on the PH list, I'll add it if it isn't
Cheers

How about this http://www.vatikarestaurant.com/ near Portsmouth, a bit inland but it's in a vineyard so lovely views and great food.

Le Poussin at Whitley Ridge

Not a million miles from Pebble Beach, either. Assume you've already considered the Chewton Glen?

Thanks for those, but they really wanted somewhere that was within easy walking distance from the coast

36 on the Quay in Emsworth is, as the name suggests, pretty close to the coast.

The food is always fantastic although the service hasn't been quite up to scratch the last couple of times I've been. Having said that, always a good overall experience and very reasonably priced if you go for the set lunch menu.
