Dorset Naga v Scotch Bonnet
Discussion
We had fajitas tonight from a kit which I spiced up with added chillis - in this case a Dorset Naga as Tescos now do them. Second time I've used them, the first was a chilli-con-carne which also had some home grown ones in it, but this was the first time I've used the Nagas on their own.
Verdict - much hotness, but a disappointing amount of other flavour. I really like the SBs as they have a lovely flavour as well as the heat they add, DNs seem to be much ado about not a lot other than macho posturing, I shall stick with the SBs from now on.

used a couple of the dorset naga in a curry the other day and felt they weren't as hot as everyone has claimed - pretty similar to scotch bonnet but with a subtly different flavour.
are you seasoning it well (salt) - i've found that really helps bring out the flavours (underseasoning just making it seem 'hot')
