At that price point, don't discount Nespresso. Everyone who has tried my £99 Magimix Nespresso M100 has been converted.

We bought a refurbed Gaggia Classic last Christmas. Cost peanuts and still going strong, and it gets a fair bit of use. Easy to clean too which helps. smile

I think you're going to be stuck for choice at that pricepoint, you're at the upper end for some of the pod machines, but lower end for machines that take ground. Having said that, if you want a Gaggia-esq machine but don't want to tip into £200+ budgets, then the Dualit one may fit the bill. Haven't used it personally, but it came recommended to me. If the toaster I have is anything to go by, then it'll be built to last.

Oh and Hi, hope all is well. smile

who aren't any better

it takes three days for them to organise collection, they won't accept any damage whilst in transit and turn around machine repairs 'in under a month'

looks like a trip down to Catford and mocha machine coffee

bunch of arse

Another shout for Gaggia from me. I got myself a Classic for Christmas and I'm really pleased with it.
