Week 2 Competition Ingredients

Since I have been bestowed the great honour of picking this weeks ingredients, I have thought long and hard and come up with:

Duck
Sweet Potato

Just to clarify, you can use any part of the duck, or indeed the whole duck, and the two ingredients must be used on the same plate.

Mmmm. Standard dinner at our house: roast duck with roast potatoes and roast sweet potatoes.

Plain. But good.

I think I'll be a bit more classic this time. AnnaS' excellent choice of ingredients demands it.

Oh Dear, missed the first one, gonna have to pass on this one too. Just can't justify the cost of duck (about $35 for a couple of breasts) sorry
