What do I call my onions?

I make very hot pickled onions for myself, and occasionally give my friends a few jars.

I normally stick a label on the jar with a list of ingredients, to stop people with allergies kicking the bucket. But if it has a label I feel they should have a name.

I used to call them "JEZ'S WTF ONIONS" because that is normally the first thing people said after the first bite. (and the last thing they could say for a few minutes) But now a few have children I would like to avoid the question "what's WTF mean?" coming up.

So can the PH lounge come up with a humours but sightly less offensive name?


Mods please can this stay in the lounge, as I am looking for humour not cooking advice.
