Really fancy this today, going to try lambshanks in balsamic vinegar mint jelly, redcurrant jally and red wine, slow cooked with some chicken stock garlic and rosemary quartered red onions.

Do you think this is too many ingredients?

Too many. You don't need vinegar, mint jelly and redcurrent jelly

Balsamic = acidic
Red wine = acidic
Mint Jelly = acidic

It might be a bit, er, acidic!

Then again, balanced correctly and it could be great!

Binned the mint and put honey and soy sauce in with the obligatory dash of worcester sauce, still simmering but smells unbeliveably good! spin
