Bargain of the week.....
Discussion
I got a pork loin joint for...wait for it...10p reduced from £6 in a supermarket.
Baked it in coca cola a la Nigella, after 2 hours, remove it from the pan, stud it with cloves and then pat the fat with brown sugar and mustard, bake for 20 minutes.
O/H says its lush! I wouldn't know being a veggie

Everyone loves a super bargain.
Last week we got 2 packs of organic buttered new potatoes for 10p each, a box of organic broccoli for 10p, a pack of honey parsnips for 10p and a pack of julienne carrots for 10p. We had a gammon joint in the freezer and gravy granules in the cupboard, so on paper it was a massive roast dinner for 2 for 50p.
