Not that im in bigger is better and im quite happy with a bottle of Vollereaux 70cl, but this is rediculous.

the size. Is 70cl not enough any more?

IIRC, wine actually keeps better in larger volumes, so there is a certain logic to it.
Yeah but the reason for ^that is just for presentation or some such bks.

I mean champagne in a normal sized bottle can be a b!tch to pour, especially if you've had a couple already. I can see half of that party bottle ending up on the floor. Or is that just my parties?

they sell that exact bottle pictured above at my local,

its £1300 a bottle and two people struggle to pick it up let alone pour it!

its the same as 20 normall bottles apparently
