Gaucho Grill: That cheese bread

Everytime I go to Gaucho they bring out that tray of bread with some delicious cheesy bread balls that I am informed are Argentine (obviously).

Anyone know what they're called and more importantly, where I can buy some?

They're called chipas. No idea where you can get them from, unfortunately.

I love Gaucho, even the dipping sauce they brinf to the table with the bread.

Is that chimichurri? And if so, is there anywhere to buy it or is it a case of making your own?

You will probably have to make chipas yourself - its not difficult and there are plnty of recipies on the interweb.

One of those things that's easy and best made to suit your own tastes. Make plenty of it, and enjoy. Then make a different one next time

Does anyone know the recipe for this? or What kind of cheeses do they use in this bread?
