Highly recommended, if you like:

Tiny portions
Watery, tasteless food
Everything absolutely swimming in oil
Waiting for a table despite there being hardly anyone there
Out of order toilets

At least it was cheap. But the cheeky feckers will try and sell you a Jamie apron/tea towel/other kitchen tat.

I've been to the Guildford one a few times, always found it OK for what it is, which is essentially a glorified Bella Pasta.

Is the Bath one new?

The Guildford one is newer. I've been to both and much prefered Guildford.

I have been to Jamie's ones in Oxford, Kingston and Guildford and find them to be really nice and the staff always very good. The food is rather good for the price, and the Chocolate Brownies I had in Guildford last week were very tasty.

The one at Old Street in London is excellent (forget the name), with a cracking quick lunch menu.

I've been to the Kingston one a couple of times and it's lovely. Prices similar to the likes of Pizza Express/Zizzi, but nicer food.

Yes, its pretty good for what it is. I don't eat out that much as most places I can afford to go have been st. So the food was nice, cheap, although they were all a bit pleased with themselves, and waiting outside in the pissing rain for a table wasn't fun. They don't do reservations under 6 people IIRC.

Kingston is fab. Yes, you have to wait, but atmosphere is great, and staff friendly so the wait isn't bad.

We went with friends, so shared starter platters which were presented in a pretty unique way which adds to the experience.

Burger was very good, can't remember what everyone else had, but certainly, it was good.

Proof in the pudding (as such) is would I go again? Yes.

Fifteen, took the wife for her 30th and it was very very good food. Had the tasting menu which was around £70 a head but the portions were all proper size and they had to roll me out!

Used to live 30 seconds walk from there and at almost any eating time (other than weekday lunctimes) there were queues outside.

I have eaten there a few times, its good, quite well priced but I wouldnt go out of my way to visit.
